Thanks Vert.
Quick update:
Finished the rough sanding of all four side boxes and my order from Eastman is supposed to come in today. So, I'm ready to do any repair work needed and polish these things out.

Wow, has it really been this long since I posted any progress?
Finally got the fiberglass laid into the first box. Started out by pre-cutting fiberglass sheets to cover most of the surfaces.
This helps out quite a bit. On the main body I used three layers of mat and one layer of cloth. On this box I'm trying all four layers of mat. It will be thicker and heavier for sure.
Letting it cure tonight. Tomorrow I will post pix of separation and how it comes out.

First step is to trim the excess material that extends past the flanges. Then the bolts are removed. Finally, the fun part, separating the mold to see how the part came out.
I think it came out great! The color pattern you see is because I used a fiberglass paste made up of .5 inch fiberglass threads and resin. The idea is to make the lines and other features come out better. Seems to work pretty well.
This is the driver's side rear box. The open end in the front is where the side mechanics are located, and the big rear part is in front of the giant rear wheel. Here's a picture looking at it from the front.
And here is a picture of it's location on the car.

That’s pretty cool and progress looks ver promising.
I wasn’t a fan of the vehicle in BvsS but learned to appreciate it after Snyder Cur JL.

I understand. I wasn't a huge fan of the Tumbler, but I like the concept behind it. The 89 is still the best imo, but there are references to both the Tumbler and 89 incorporated into this design that are nice. This one drew me because the design looks like a cross between a super car (which I like) and a big wheel truck (which I also like).

So how are you going to address the visibility inside the car?
Multiple cameras everywhere?
Are you also adding side mirrors like all those 89 and Tumblet builders did?
