The tutorials are certainly worth a read to anyone interested in creating Batman related 3D props/cosplay/etc.
Especially on adjusting files for custom fits and dimensions.

Is a group that create 3D Batman and other movie character
STI files used for machining, routing, and 3D plastic filament printing of full-sized movie props.
Not certain if they are involved in video games as well.

using their 3d DOJ batmobile files for my build. It's not screen accurate but not bad. One problem we had that cost me a year or more's work was that it was scaled way too large from them.
