Hot Toys 1/6th Tumbler and 1989 models current values.
A few years back these sold for 450.oo and 600.oo.
Today these offered by USA sellers go for an average of 2,000.oo each and some as high as 4,000.oo.
Yes, there are some on eBay and other sites that lists for an average of 1,200.oo with free shipping but these are all located in Japan, China, or Russia.
Most of these listings also carry the statement:

Batman Beyond (known as Batman of the Future in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia) is an American superhero animated television series developed by Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, and Alan Burnett and produced by Warner Bros. Animation in collaboration with DC Comics as a continuation of the Batman legacy. The series began airing on January 10, 1999, and ended its run on December 18, 2001. Indeed they have:
Usually made of vinyl or similar materials, the colors are more intense, but most of all, the Batman car wraps today have a longer life with some manufacturers claiming up to five years.
