The current trend in building movie related Batman Batmobiles and Bat Vehicles is to build them to make them as hard as possible to replicate.
This Mercedes concept vehicle appears to meet that criteria quite well.
It would be very difficult to replicate.

Here is the most recognizable concept vehicle that became a Batmobile.

"Before it was the Batmobile it was a 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car."
Here is an excellent website on the 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car and the 1966 Batmobile it became.

The Devil 16 is a production vehicle that has many characteristics that would make it a great Batmobile.
But, that will never be because:
It lacks one of a kind uniqueness.
It is a production vehicle.

Devil 16 specifications.

Devel Sixteen hits 60 mph in just 1.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 347 mph.

Sixteen-cylinder engine that delivers a total of 5,000 horsepower.

The Sixteen looks like the marriage of a Le Mans Prototype and a modern hypercar.
Also, the back end looks like a batmobile double burner.

Many thought it’ll be nothing more but pure fantasy and legend.
Now there’s video evidence of it being driven in Dubai.
The two performance videos are on YouTube.

To really understand concept batmobiles and other Bat vehicles from a neo-conceptual perspective one needs to have a good historical understanding of what has come before.

The best place I have found to get this historical information is located at:

batmobilehistory.com Best website to get a batmobile history education.

Except from this premium website.
"Although he has seen many variations over the years, many of Batman's trademarks were there right from the beginning: the black cowl, the wing like cape, the combination of cunning and brute strength, and—of course—his high-powered automobile. When we first see Batman behind the wheel in "The Case of the Chemical Syndicate," he is driving what appears to be an unmodified red coupe (that may very well may be the same car used by Bruce Wayne two pages earlier). The term "Batmobile" would not be coined until 1941, and any specific mention of modifications would not appear until following issues. But the seed had been planted, and it was a fitting start for his kind."
