Hey Everyone,

This is my first post and I have to ask, How does it feel to drive a Batmobile? My favorite is the 1966 Barris Batmobile, but I love the Keaton Batmobile as well. The others are interesting to be sure, but Im curious how all of the them drive. Im sure limited visibility is an issue. Can you tell me about the pros and the cons of the Batmobile your have or have driven. If you have a cool Batmobile story to tell, I would love to read it. Ive read some of the build threads on here and Im just amazed. Its got me thinking....I need, no, I WANT a Batmobile of my own. Batrodz is about two hours away and my next door neighbor is a car collector, time to get my atomic turbines to power and get on this.

Thanks for your time,

Jo-Nathan

Yeah, what Chris said.

If your driving a Keaton instead of a 66, then you describe how hard it is to get it on and off the trailer, how you can't see out in any direction, and how you wished you had bought a 66 instead.

Just teasing guys.

Based on my racing history I would say they all vary based on builder and what's used. The body/shell is just a pretty cover, it's all down to what was used and pieced together.

Here's a couple of videos of them in motion. Other than the heavy blind spots and driving from the back seat there's not much similarities across all of the builds.

I've seen lots of videos of the Australian car, but never one showing a backseat... I'm guessing the person shown at the very end is just crammed in the middle?
