Finally made some photo-image progress.
Cut all the front window frames and upper heavy duty 2" x 2" x 3/16" support beam.
Placed the pieces on a leveled support table in preparation for welding.
Reposting this post because I left out some important information about the windows.
The Hot Toys 1/6 Batman Tumbler is the best model to build a full size Tumbler but it has one major flaw:
The two front windows have one single pane each.
In reality each window is composed of two panes that intersect at an angle to each other.
The Hot Wheels elite Tumbler has the correct windows.
Worth having along with the Hot Toys 1/6 if you are actually building a tumbler.

Used angle iron and clamps to stiffen up side window body panels and to setup alignment surfaces in preparation to install other front window related body panels.

Received an email today asking: "What kind of axle did you use to mount your tumbler arms to your mainframe?"
My Tumbler arm to mainframe axles were fabricated from 2" diameter stainless steel shaft stock and the bearings are 4-bolt flange bearing units.
Horizontally installed the load factors for each bearing unit are:
Dynamic 6080 LBS and Static 4430 LBS for each bearing unit.
Times four bearing units:
Dynamic 24320 LBS Static 17720 LBS Probably a little over engineered. vertigo

Hey Vertigo,
Took a bit to catch up on the whole string... wow you are making great progress! I like you are keeping it all 1/4 inch steel!
