Correct, because the dimensions of the actual car are a bit smaller than the marketing reported inflated numbers... I found that out when measuring the JL-mobile in person.

Finally found a few hours to spend on my DOJ/Justice League.
Removed the drive shafts today.
Reminder: Use chalk or a scribe to "index" the relationship of the drive shaft to the differential axle assembly mating flange or yoke. This ensures correct alignment when the driveshafts are reinstalled.
Why is this important? Because drive shafts are "balanced" to eliminate vibration.
Also coat the end of the driveshaft with grease and wrap with plastic bags and duct tape to keep out dirt and to avoid rust.
Next step: Remove the transmission.

Removed the transmission from my donor vehicle today.
The adjustable load leveler on the hoist worked like a charm to balance the transmission.
Note of reminder: Make sure to use a jack with a block of wood under the rear of the oil pan to secure the balance of the engine. I also placed a block of wood forward against the bottom of the oil pan and on top of a steering support beam.
Otherwise you run the risk of the engine tipping in its motor mounts.
That leaves the engine to remove.
No hoisting brackets appear to be on the engine.

Spent a couple of hours on prepping the engine for removal from my donor.
Drained oil.
Drew a diagram of the serpentine belt pathway.
Removed the serpentine belt.
Removed the power steering pump.
Removed the alternator.
Remove the compressor for the air conditioner.
Note of reminder: Remember to make a diagram of the serpentine belt pathway before removing it.
No hoisting brackets appear to be on the engine.
So, I'll make some lifting tabs and bolt them to the engine.

Looks like your moving pretty quickly now. Keep going brother!
btw, I contacted Do3d about the side mechanics, the panel that is under the doors before the cockpit, and the BvS Bat Signal. They quickly responded asking for pictures. So perhaps they will make files of these things. I'll let you know when I hear more.

Also used a 20v dewalt 3/8" compact impact wrench/driver, 3" extension, universal joint, and 13, 14, 15, 16 MM six-point sockets.
90% of bolt fasteners on the Mexico built Dodge 3500 are 13, 14, 15, 16 MM six-point.
I figure this tool knocks out 90% my time and labor when doing socket work.
My donor Dodge 3500 was built in Mexico and everything is metric on the vehicle.
Actual removal time: Little less than one hour.
Removed the serpentine belt.
Removed the power steering pump.
Removed the alternator.
Remove the compressor for the air conditioner.

hey THEMAN,
Really appreciate you sharing your information, extensive knowledge, and critical observations, on my build.
You saved me from making some major scaling errors in my build planning and execution.
On the 35 x 12.5 20 front tires would you recommend a 20 x 12 wheel or one more narrow.
What is your opinion on using the Mickey Thompson 35 x 12.5 R20 Baja Boss tire? (420.oo + tax/shipping)
Have your found a better choice for the front tires yet?
I also feel drawn towards the RPB Repulsor tire. vertigo
