Hi all been a member for many years. But after a few general posts and years of absence, I am starting a 89 build. Until I get my donor car home I am consentrating on bolt on components. What i am searching for is some mesurments for building the side mechanics. I have done extensive research both here and on the net and have come up short. The basic part I need diamentions for is the toddington valve ( the main square component ) that is if I have the name rite . Thanks in advance for any help it would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks for the reply.
I had looked 'at that thread , and although good it bid not contain what i was looking for.
After much thought i came up with a set of plans and meassurments based on what i had at home,
A model car, blueprints ,an australian street machine magazine articial and pics on this site.
The measurments and drawings although mabe not 100%accurate they will be very close and good enough for me too make the parts for my batmobile build.

They look good, you may be able message or email Tim at the batberry site if he still has contact info, or maybe the member Nitro on here, I thought I read that he has a few different CORRECT pieces he has gathered from aircraft scrap yards over the years for his own project.

Looks great! Are you having the teddington milled from a block or ??? Tim's plans call for the teddington valve to be made in a three part sandwich, then bolted together.

Hi I will fabricate the entire assembly from steel cutting all sections and machining other parts .
I hope to make it in sections to give it the part lines as required . Most of the valve will be welded internally to give neat part lines on the outside
The main casing and parts will be made 1/8 plate.

As an aside, i am building all the extras that bolt on to the 89 batmobile first, while i am collecting main components.
To that end i have built 2 machine guns using browning 1919 plans again with a few little changes and extras.

Nice looking guns! I love the bat symbol. It's those subtle little touches that make someone say WOW when they see the car.

Still to be finished, just my take on a grappling hook launcher for the 89 batmobile.
