Hmm, just reviewing my build thread all the way through. It started in a private area of the board in March of 2016 and then I moved to this thread. Looking at the early posts I can't believe how dumb I was about things. lol. I learned a lot by doing the wood mockup but looking at it now that was a pretty low quality build.
This time last year I was building the CNC machine, so really, I've accomplished a lot in one year. It's good to review once and a while to keep yourself grounded.
The weather has finally improved some so I have been able to start working on milling the last side box and have started to look at milling other components. The next large items would be the wheel cover/fenders. But I think I need to hold off on those until I get the wheels so I can size the fenders to match. There is also the rear axle assembly cover but again, I think this needs to wait until it can be sized to the part.
So that leaves the gun turret, the defensive weapon array, and some other smaller things. Oh, and the big back wings..... OK that's something big I could do.

Rizoma clutch plate came in today. It's smaller than I expected. Still waiting on other parts.

Nice! Where did you find it in black? I only found a gold one at reasonable cost so far...

It's amazing you've gotten so proficient with your CNC!
Did you have any experience with G-Code or CNC before this project? Can I ask, what kind of machine are you using to mill the relatively thick 2" foam?
Thanks for sharing as much as you do! It is very inspiring!

Did you have any experience with G-Code or CNC before this project? No, I had to learn everything from scratch.
what kind of machine are you using to mill the relatively thick 2" foam? The machine build is chronicled on pg. 23 to pg. 26 of this thread. It's a 2' x 4' DIY machine that a made from scratch, except for the electronics which I bought as a package.

Alright, this one took a little longer because I got delayed with some real life matters, but now I finally got the last side box milled, put together, and roughed out the anomalies.
And here is all four in approximate location. looks like the body of a vette should fit nicely inside.
Also have started milling the next thing, but I'm not going to tell you what it is. It will be a surprise.

Can't wait to see what a set of 46x19.50-20 look like rolling behind these!
