Several turbine engine and turbine powered aircraft (and even some recip) parts were used. Are you refering to the intlet in the nose or hot section out the back?

That’s a Ram Air Turbine emergency power generator (alternator). Other than the WB screen cars, I know of only two of these units still in existence, both acquired by members. The screen cars did use a differnt nose cone though, from a RR Viper engine... I believe Jack used to make some killer recreations of these.

Casting, no. But Jack did make some fiberglass molds of the nose cone and three center supports. He built up a couple really nice units back in the day for some other members. Haven’t seen him on in a while.
I’ve debated on scanning a RAT and making a stereolithography copy, but the scanning and piece part effort is an enormous and costly one. For instance, there are approximately 25 Variable Inlet Guide Vanes, and around 31 blades on the rotor. Would need to have several pre-sold and paid for in advance to start...and with all those pieces, it would a very costly piece anyways - maybe 3-5k...

What model, I have a couple of sources I can look into. But $3K-$5K, man thats steep. Are we talking full functional? Or for looks only? Just asking, maybe I missed it.

Being a FAA & Transport Canada Transport Catagory Type Certificate holder (manufacturer), I have some unbelievable aviation contacts that are often eager to help when they hear Batman needs parts. Just look at the 7 spare TBM Avenger Throttle Quadrants I recently offered up to forum members. I can tell you, finding a screen correct Plessey RAT this late in the game is likened to finding a unicorn, as aircraft that old are no longer in any salvage yards. They are now Pepsi cans, etc.
As for the enormous costs incurred to recreate some screen accurate copies boils down to if someone is willing to spend the money to do things top notch, or if they are just trying to get it close enough to maximize their profit potential flipping a build. There are a number of things that can be done on the cheap, or for 3-5-6 times as much. Resin guns or oxypropane, for example, correct centerlines (no longer in production) or something else sorta close.
Building a replica of an iconic screen car like this should be a endeavor of passion and not an endeavor of skimping. However, in the end, nothing is more satisfying than watching spectators at a car show, flock by the LaFerrari parked next to you, ignoring it, because they see something much more awesome in every respect.

BTW - the RAT’s rated functional speed is 250-365 Knots at 20-60K feet to drive the emergency alternator at 8000rpm. Way outside the limits of any streeatble build...

A few people have the correct nosecone. 
Emergency generator from a VULCAN aircraft.
