Yeah, it's going to slow things down a lot. I have a heated garage but resin fumes in an enclosed space are not too healthy. We're having an early cold snap right now but I hope things will still warm up so I could get a couple more weeks in at least.
Tonight I did some work on the side boxes. I think I have figured out how to divide them up so they can be milled. So that's something that I can do during the cold months.

Lesson Learned #2:
Well, I am not experienced with auto body work, suffice it to say. For sanding down the filler putty on the body of my car I tried a detail sander. It was fine but it took forever! Finally I got tired of that and grabbed my belt sander! Yeah, it was fast. But it left the surface in terrible shape. So I tried the orbital sander but that was also very slow work. None of the above power tools left an even surface.
Finally I got so frustrated that I decided just to try block sanding by hand and forget the power tools. VIOLA!!! BRILLIANT!!! The results were unbelievably better. No wonder auto body people have been block sanding for decades. Block sanding was almost as fast as the belt sander but gave me more control over the surface than ANY of the power sanders. I bet if I use a courser sand paper it might even be faster than the belt sander. Finally the surface was smooth with no uneven spots. I got more done today in three hours than I have gotten done in the past week and a half.
Lesson Learned.

I’ve always found block sanding to be good. You can really feel the different angles a lot better

Haven’t been able to do anything lately as I am visiting my daughter. The dura-blocks came in and I can’t wait to try them out. Also bought a trim router to hand route the lines in the body work.

Might be slow for a while. Still at my daughter’s house this week. Weather is starting to turn cold so I need to change the things I’m focused on in the build. Trying to put together the steering wheel, start manufacture of the side boxes, things like that. There is a lot I can be doing.
Btw, I have a thought on axles I need to explore. I’ve seen many combines out in the fields lately and their hubs, axles, and even wheels look like they would work great for the DOJ Batmobile.

In February 2015 a new Guinness World Record for fastest tractor was set in Finland. In a marketing campaign for AGCO's Valtra and Nokian tires, four-time world rally champion Juha Kankkunen drove a Valtra T234 tractor equipped with winter tractor tires, reaching a top speed of 80 mph or 130 km/h.

If you want the quickest most accurate way to the steering wheel, here's what I grabbed for my project...
https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-Ferrari-Wheel-Add-PC-6304300-x/dp/B005PPOBQE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1541094913&sr=8-3&keywords=f1%2Bsteering%2Bwheel&th=1
And if you need it to look a little more familiar, just rotate it upside down...
found the center cap piece too, will grab one next... and you can 3d print copy it for the same pieces they used it for on the exposed side mechanics.
on the topic of your wheels... if you want the full on exact, they were custom made off 22.5 commercial/tractor type wheels, which is why those look familiar to you as well. Since you're doing a reduced scale though and you may want it road worthy instead of going with agro tires, you may what to move down to 20" or 19.5s depending what tires you settle on. For 20s you can go to attainable mickeythompson 46x19.50s to get you close to the right percentage scale for the rears, and then get a similar look in 35 or 37x12.50-13.50R20 for the front in something like a yokohama or comforser MT.
the rear wheels would need to be custom width to 20x20ish and you could do 8-lug heavy duty axles to give a close look to the 22.5s.
