I've been thinking about how to best make the radiators. I dont need them to function but thought I could turn it into a storage box for small items or possibly some electronics / sound speakers, however they still have to look right. So like picard1471, Im using wood!!. 7mm ply to be exact. Here's the cooling grills being made. Im milling 2mm into the ply. For speakers I'd mill 5mm sockets on the other side so the sound could pass out through the cooling fins.

I think I'll trim it a bit to add the sides of the radiator. Might be a fraction to tall also.
But it should work good for storage / electronics.

amazing work spidey! I have a question about the pivot joint on the suspension... do you have a bearing or something different... I haven't seen a good picture how people are accomplishing this... thanks!

I turned down a trailer stub axle and cut the centre out of a wheel hub. Welded it inside the pipe.
