Hi Terry,

Congrats on a great job with the tumbler. I also like your suit and love the fact that your doing birthday parties and parades. Very inspiring.

I would recommend a fairly large modification to your tumbler. Your buggy is originally designed for dirt and you're driving it on the road. The issue being no differential action between the drive wheels. Basically every time you turn both drive wheels are rotating the same amount but covering different distances. This is then compounded by the extra two wheels. This will strain the tyres and also the drive axle which will eventually sheer. Common on Honda Odyssey's even if you stick to the dirt. Therefore my suggestion would be to either fit a diff out of a golf buggy or similar. Or the easy option is cut the drive axle and add some support so it only drives one side.

Hope this provides some positive thoughts and discussion for all builders,

Cheers
Shane

Hi guys, yes it has been awhile! It seems ever since Facebook came on board, I spend more time there than here. Well thanks for the comments StevenTLBF and smac009, I have been doing great on shows advertising for birthday parties. We had a great year do to the new Batman movie and going out with a blast for this years lineup...
